75-year-old Dallas fire station got a new lease on life through a careful renovation and restoration. The project honored the building’s historic character while introducing modern upgrades to better serve its firefighters. The second-floor dormitory and recreation spaces were refreshed and modernized, while a new one-story addition provided a day room, kitchen, and watch room—enhancing both comfort and functionality. At 9,500 square feet, the design balanced preservation with progress, ensuring the fire station could continue its legacy of service for years to come.
