Looking to relocate amongst the corporate campuses in North Dallas, NDCBF utilized this opportunity to create a new identity that speaks to its new found surroundings. This 1,300-seat, multi-purpose performance venue includes a multi-purpose rehearsal space. Seeking to create a destination spot to recharge through fellowship and worship, the buildings are nestled within the natural vegetation helping to develop a sense of “retreat”. With high visibility from the adjacent highway, the primary building elevation utilizes a window-wall façade for a sense of transparency and openness.
